Placing an Order
Once you have made your selections, you can send your directory order to us via email. You can also fax us at (443) 705-0542 or mail your order to:

* To help expedite your order, kindly include the complete address where you would like your directories shipped. Please include your phone number and the best times to call. Once we receive your order request, we will send you an email confirmation outlining the cost for your order.
If your library uses a purchase order (PO), you can send an email that references your PO. We do not require a purchase order document to process your order. We will prepare an invoice with all the information you specify so as to meet your accounting requirements.

Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. The only additional cost is to California libraries that are required to pay a state sales tax. Prices are effective as of June 1, 2005, but are subject to change without notice.
Payment by Purchase Order
Payment may be made by check payable to Directory Services. Payment is generally due within 30 days of receipt of order if a purchase order has been referenced.
Invoicing
An invoice receipt will be included with your directory package unless you specify otherwise. The invoice usually includes an original copy for your records and a copy that should be returned with payment. We will gladly add additional invoice copies to suit your library's particular accounting requirements. Whatever your needs, we will fulfill them.
Free Replacement
If any Mexico Telephone Directory is ever lost or stolen, we will replace it for free.
If any Directory suffers damage or extreme wear from use, we will replace it for free.
Delivery
Most initial orders are shipped out within three to four weeks of receipt of confirmed order. In the unlikely event your directory is placed on back order, you will receive a call to advise you of the revised shipping date.
Shipping & Handling
There are no handling costs and shipping is free of charge within the continental USA no matter how large your order. We ship using ground service so your phone books should arrive within seven business days. Please let us know if you need faster delivery using FedEx, UPS or another type of expedited service so we can include that cost with your order.
Special Needs
Some libraries purchase directories for several locations. We can drop ship to one central location or to each individual site. Whatever your needs, we will accommodate them.
Standing Order Program
Mexico Phone Books offer a Standing Order Program to assist you in maintaining your Mexico Telephone Directory collection.
The Directory Standing Order Program is automatic and free of charge. Simply advise us you wish to automatically update your directories, and we will make sure you have new Yellow Pages and White Pages as soon as they are published in Mexico. It's that simply and it really works!
Benefits of the Standing Order Program are:
- You can leave the details to us. Tell us which directories you want renewed each year and you will receive them as soon as they are published in Mexico.
- You will be invoiced only for those directories that are delivered for a particular month.
